摘要: Yin Yang and Five Elements are the important parts of China ancient philosophy, they have been successful used in the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatments. Five Elements theory is a system of thinking, and no doubt it would be used in managerial diagnosis and consulting. We did the match study on the Five Elements and management. Based on it, we also did some research of the paper "Why I am guilty" Written by Li Dongsheng the chairman of TCL, and then we provided our system diagnosis and reviews on TCL managements; at last, we took Beyond company as an example to diagnose, and then we proposed the corrective measures. With our help, the company had made the great progress.

摘要: In today's world, how to examine and inherit Confucian Management Thoughts is full of realistic significance. The research of Confucius tell us it is a found about social rules instead of invention such as Newton's first law;The logic starting point of Confucian Management Thoughts is the morality of senior managers,when it is deviated the Thoughts will inevitably become a oppressive rule tool. In the integration of global and information age, only follow the higher levels principle of Confucian Management Thoughts,such as the"hannony without uniformity "and the "unity of heaven and humanity ", can promote cultural exchange and integration, and cart build a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity.
