Unless otherwise required by local law or regulation Managers should keep records for at least seven years.是不是应该这样理解，如果local law规定保存6年，那么就按6年，否则就按code的要求保存7年。但是准则第1个，knowledge of the law中，不是说要采取两者之中更严格的要求吗？

谢谢你的回复。说实话，我不太清楚所以才发问。不过我觉得您的理解可能有些问题。因为AMC是对于公司而言的，所以不存在准则I(A)Knowledge of Law中要求comply with the more strict law的问题。因为准则是对于CFA member or candidate而言的。谢谢。希望继续探讨！
