TOPICS: The   special  issue will focus on emerging markets. Submissions are solicited on a  wide variety of topics including but not limited to:

- Behavioral finance
- Financial markets and institutions
- Herding and investor behavior
- Corporate finance issues
- Corporate governance
- Risk management
- Contagion

The  submission deadline is March 31, 2012, however, submissions will be processedas they are received. Papers will go through a double-blind refereeing process.
