岗位职责：

1、 负责国内外金融产品的研究和分析，为资产配置与运作提供建议；
2、 负责撰写研究简报和报告，分析经济数据并建立金融模型；
3、 负责分析国内外相关金融产品，提出投资建议及策略；
4、 负责参与单位和部门承接的相关课题研究。

任职资格：

1、 重点院校数学、统计、金融或财经等相关专业硕士研究生以上学历；
2、 较强的英语能力，可快速阅读并翻译金融类专业文章，CET-6或以上英语水平；
3、 对国内外金融产品有一定了解；
4、 具有较强的独立分析能力和课题研究能力；
5、 具有创新精神，乐于团队协作，较强的抗压能力；
6、 熟练使用专业数据分析软件进行数据处理和分析，有金融建模及数据库使用经验者优先考虑；
7、 应聘者请附能证明其学术水平及研究能力的研究成果；
