臺“國防部長”高華柱今天（2012年3月14日）表示，林毅夫違反陸海空軍刑法第24條第1項投敵者罪，是“繼續犯”，“國防部”現行政策還是認為林毅夫若返臺，會以現行犯作處置，從未改變。

中央社報道，林毅夫于1979年在金門服役時游泳投向中國大陸，現任世界銀行副總裁。媒體報道，“陸委會主委”賴幸媛日前表示，林毅夫返臺一事她不反對，但要尊重“國防部”。

對此，高華柱上午到“立法院外交及國防委員會”業務報告時，答復民主進步黨籍“立委”蔡煌瑯質詢時說，前“國防部長”湯曜明多年前曾帶領相關人員向“監察院”提出說明，調查結果顯示林毅夫依舊違反陸海空軍刑法第24條第1項投敵者罪。

高華柱說，“他是繼續犯”，“國防部”現行政策還是認為林毅夫若返臺，會以現行犯作處置，“國防部”對此事政策從未改變。

   邹老师骂完之后气顺了，就没事了，国内就这鸟样。
  去年九月底在青年经济论坛开幕式我问蔡老师邹老师怎么没来，蔡老师说回来的。结果晚上就搞了个讲座，三个半小时。邹老师那气色叫好啊。
