It's a SAMPLE of some tutorial guide made by a company called Wall Street Prep. Inc. about FINANCIAL STATEMENT MODELING which is not usually for quants but corporate finance people(typical investment bankers)
Hope it helps other people.
Personally I would say it's useful for a outlay without any corporate finance background to have a hint about what banks do...
