方法论是个work step.  找个有意思的research question， 十分重要。
建议 1. 找个自己感兴趣的topic. 比如，learning, knowledge based, alliance, m&a etc.

2, 找到20篇左右的核心文章。 做它们的lit review. 包括，理论框架， model, 数据来源， variable operationalization.

3, 确定gap.

4, 写introduction. 我个人认为这是最难的一个部分。 虽然很短， 但是要是set the hook， 很难。 可以参见amj 去年的editorials on how to publish in amj.

5, 然后 lit review, hypotheses development部分， 就像和一些相关学者聊天一样，表现出你了解where the lit is and where the gap is. then,based on your theory, you develop your predictions on the hypothesized relationships.

6, method is just a workman's step--follow traditions and maintain rigor. Remember statisticians do not get a business degree because the most important here is your business training.

one caution--do not get overwhelmed by the lit review.

Start with only a few articles. then, start writing, and framing your arguments. add additional lit gradually and incrementally.
