你说的这叫blocking，算propensity score method，但不是严格意义的Propensity Score Matching。
If within a block the propensity score itself is unbalanced the blocks are too large and need to be split.
If conditional on the propensity score being balanced, the covariates are unbalanced, the specification to the propensity score is not adequate.
这是一个循环，不能平衡说明propensity score方程的设定有问题，要重新设定。
