如果把这一年去丢，和别的数列就在年份上配不起来了，怎么办？

没有特定的方法，（1）取ln， 如果有意义的话；（2）减小此outlier's size but keep the same sign. how much should you decrease this observation can be arbitrary. you can try differnent choice until the numerical optimization tend to be stable if u need numerical optimization at all.

我发现92年洪灾时的农村保险投保费与赔偿比别的年份高很多，大约高10倍，即使取倒数也不能用，不知道怎么解释，要说赔偿增加还可以理解，可为什么收费也增加了？
