激励及其在现代人力资源管理中的作用
摘要：现在人力资源管理是通过“激励”来实现的,所以激励在人力资源管理中越来越重要，商场如战场企业之间的竞争渐渐演变成人才的竞争，研究激励在现代人力资源管理中的作用,能够吸引、留住跟用好各类人才十分有必要。激励不仅能帮助企业做大做强,还能培养员工对企业的忠诚度从而促进企业发展战略目标跟个人发展目标相柔合。
