昨天发了个帖子说用CFA申请SOA 的VEE， 用CFA 申请VEE，到最后在自己的成绩单里面显示出来总共花了差不多一个月左右。今天把流程写一下，希望对大家有用。
1.首先把SOA 的官方关于CFA 申请VEE的回复给大家分享一下，其中提到的sample document 见附件。

Thank you for your note.  Yes, passing the Level I and Level II CFA exams satisfies all three VEE topics..  Please submit a completed VEE candidate credit application along with original documentation confirming credit for the Level I and Level II CFA exams.  I’ve provided a link to our application and a sample of their confirmation letter.   Contact information for the CFA Institute Client Services team is found on the sample document.

We will accept an electronic version of their letter if emailed directly from the CFA Institute to vee@soa.org.

2.然后我就跟CFA的customer service 发邮件，说明原因要求他向SOA 发送官方的成绩单，邮件内容如下：

Mr. or Miss,

Hello! I am now taking the SOA's (Society of Actuaries) exams and want to apply for SOA's the Validation by Educational Experience(VEE) credit. From the SOA's website http://www.soa.org/education/exam-req/resources/edu-vee-approved-courses.aspx, it shows that passing CFA Level I and Level II exams satisfies the VEE requirements. I have just passed the CFA Level I and Level II exams. My CFA candidate ID is ***** and candidate name is***.

I have tried to send the online CFA exams' results to SOA, but they replied that they need the official confirmation letter confirming credit for the Level I and Level II exams which should be sent directly to the  vee@soa.org by CFA institute so that I can acquire the VEE credit.  They also provided me a sample of the confirmation letter, you can check the attachment. So could please send the electronic version of the confirmation letter confirming that I have passed the CFA Level I and Level II exams directly to the email address vee@soa.org? My SOA ID is***.   Please let me know if you send the document to vee@soa.org. Thank you! Have a nice day!

3.很快就得到了CFA 的回复如下：

Thank you for contacting us. Per your request, I have attached your Level I and Level II pass confirmation letters from CFA Institute to this email. I have also copied vee@soa.org to this email.

4.得到CFA的回复后就像SOA发邮件说明CFA 已经把成绩单发送过去了，在附件里面附上自己的VEE申请表，先下载下来填好后签名然后扫描。

5，几天后SOA 回复正在处理。

Your VEE candidate credit application was printed and will be processed…

And, yes, I did receive the required documentation from the CFA Institute.

6. 再过几天SOA回复说已经处理好了，

This email confirms that VEE credit was granted for the topics listed on your recent application and will be added to your transcript by mid-September.  The Registrar updates VEE credit to the online transcript facility once each month prior to evaluating records for new ASAs.

For candidates with credit for Course 2 and/or 4 earned prior to 2005 SOA transcripts will show credit for Course 2 and/or 4 only.  The VEE credit earned as part of these courses is included in the Course 2 and/or 4 credit.  It will not appear as separate VEE credit line item.

Receipts and transcripts are available from the My Account area found online at http://www.soa.org.
