嵌套模型的显著水平变化在stata里头怎么看？

是panel data，模型存在异方差，用了xtscc，输出有within R-square和F，如果比较不同模型（有变量x和没有变量x）的显著性水平要怎样做？如果只是用xtreg又应该怎样做呢？
