Apple CEO says: "We are extremely sorry" for maps frustration. It is a rare public apology from Apple and it is really a dumb move when apple maps and online videos replaced google maps and youtube when they are not ready. Apple is trying too hard to keep up with Andriod and lesson should be learned.
