1. Job Title: Associate Economist
Segment: Risk and Financial Service
Job Description:
Associate Economist will work across risk and finance related projects and lead research. He/She will need to combine both academic and professional expertise to lead research and business innovation and also solve business problem for our clients.
Requirements:
• Master degree or above
• Background in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, Quantitative Finance or Econometrics from leading institutions. Excellent Bachelors in finance related majors are also welcome if you can demonstrate a sound understanding of the mathematics in finance
• With thorough and solid finance knowledge, familiar with financial modelling techniques; Demonstrating proficiency in applying MATLAB, VBA, C++ or R in financial modelling will be a plus; Publishing paper or technical report will be a plus
• Very good command of finance mathematics and deep understanding of financial model implication
• Experience in finance research and financial modelling
• Detail oriented and teamwork spirit
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Chinese and English
2. Job Title: Associate Quantitative Analyst
Segment: Quantitative Solutions Experts Team
Job Description:
Associate Quantitative Analyst will work on financial modelling, developing algorithms and other quantitative tools.
Requirements:
• Master degree or above
• Background in Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, Quantitative Finance or Econometrics from leading institutions. Excellent Bachelors in finance related majors are also welcome if you can demonstrate a sound understanding of the mathematics in finance
• Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modelling
• Good algorithm design skills

3. Job Title: Associate Economist

Job description:
• Research on retirement planning and financial product
• Statistical analysis of benefits programs (pension, health care, etc.)

Requirements:
• Master degree or above
• Background in Economics and Finance is preferred, and students in quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, actuarial science) are also welcomed, given a broad understanding of Financial Theory and research experiences in economics framework is a valuable asset

Job Description:
Associate analyst will work as program developers but focus on financial modelling or quantitative development role. He/She will also partly work on survey service line, to design online surveys for Towers Watson clients.

• Major in computer science or engineering
• Strong programming skill
• Experience in online survey tool is preferred
