摘 要 跨境电商公司是新时代经济和商业发展的新形式，其基础是互联网技术的迅速发展，依托互联网有助于经济繁荣、扩大国际贸易空间和发展。当跨境平台的出现，传统的价值链与虚拟的价值链产生了碰撞，对跨境电商产生了深刻的影响，亚马逊作为跨境电商龙头，其发展路程对于该行业的形成有着一定的借鉴与思考。本文基于价值链理论，以亚马逊为例子，探讨价值链对跨境电商生态圈的影响。
