GiveWin is a front software for PcGive (it is like you need window system to run some other softwares). You need to intall GivenWin before install PcGive. However, you do "not" need Ox3.4 for using PcGive, unless you want to do some programming by yourself.
TSP is another software mainly for time series analysis. It can use GiveWin as its front or others. You can download TSP 5.0 here under Excel&Eviews专版.
