Why do you care about the order? Are them residuals of  a time series analysis? If yes, you can plot it use the following example,

data t1;
   do time=1 to 30;
      residual=rannor(123);
          output;
        end;
run;

proc sgplot data=t1;                                                                                                  
   scatter y=residual x=time  / datalabel=time;
run;
