论坛里有会CIC的，stata 的命令 ivqte 也可以运行；
matlab 的程序我昨天运行了；
因为我的电脑已经好几年，没那么快；
有两个程序跑不了；

3个中，只能跑出一个。

他已经在论坛里精讲这个问题；那天看到他们的帖子了；你可以参考下。


我是业余，偶尔玩玩程序。

最好能提供cic的文献
否则就那一句话，许多人不知道到底是什么的
