A hot topic in microblog, according to reports, nearly five hundred and seventy thousand college students are in unemployment status last year. With the rapid devement of china's economy currently, college students  are highly educated group, it's easy for most of them to find a job, if they are always going to the crowded job fairs, though some times they are not satisfited with their jobs. unfortunately, the fact is opposite. It's time for us to think well about the nature of phenomenon. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
