Leading online FX broker. Due to expansion of our operations, we are seeking to employ a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and assume the role of Sales Account Manager – Asian Desk.

Job Description:
 Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
 Following up on leads for prospective clients
 Customer retention and relationship management.
 Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retaining existing clients.
 Verifying client information and informing clients regarding account opening procedures and documentation requirements.
 Training clients for using the Company's trading system.
 Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephones and emails.

Qualifications Required:
 A University Degree in a related field.
 Native Chinese speaker and excellent knowledge of the English language.
 Preferably age between 22-35 years old.
 A proven track record of sales achievements.
 Prior experience in Financial Services, FX or Binaries market will be considered an advantage.
 Excellent communicator over the telephone.
 Strong influencing skills.
 Target oriented and driven.
 Excellent negotiation and people's skills to win new clients.
 The candidate will be self-motivated and self-organised with the ability to work independently.
 The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and create leads which will generate sales.

Remuneration: An attractive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
