求职面试查面经碰到的几道题目，对答案不是很有数，想请教大神帮忙给些建议：

1. what should you do when facing lots of missing data.

For a specific data point, at the point collect all data within a certain range and choose average/weight average of it .

2. how to select variables out of many, say, 1000?

Using AIC/BIC method to see which are the most significant variables.
