Hi mate,
I double checked it. There are no part 4 or 5 for the Operational Risk section. Do you mean the last two chapters: Enterprise Risk Information Management, and Systemic from the supplementary papers?
It was my mistake that I forgot to inform you guys that I did not write quite much notes of these two parts.
So there are no content for Enterprise and Systemic from me by now.
Thank you for asking and you might want to give it a shot in using the search engine for better understanding of the missing parts.

No worries, mate. Unluckily, due to various limitations on pinggu BBS and other similar Chinese forums there are not as much sharing and helping each other as it is on some major foreign Risk Management-focused forums and blogs. I feel it the right thing to upload my notes and speak out my personal study experience. Honestly, sharing doubles the fun of learning. May you and everyone else here could contribute to this sector. Hey thanks for the reply. What i meant was how you numbered your notes in the zip file. For CR and MR, you have CR-I, CR-II .... CR-VI, MR-I, MR-II,...., MR -VI, but for OR, you on have OR-I OR -II OR-III, and then directly jumped to OR-VI...

But still, thanks for sharing your notes.
