本人现在大四，通过了2012年12月的1级考试，想报考今年6月的二级，但是6月末才能拿到毕业证。我写了封信去问协会能否提前报名，他回复：If you have completed all requirements for the degree but have not actually been awarded the degree, your college or university may send us an official letter in English certifying that you have met all requirements for the degree. We cannot accept Certificates of Expected Graduation, transcripts or email verifications. 从回复看来，我推测2级是可以在本科毕业前考的，只要学校提供official letter。
