【英文摘要】 Industry Profile In 2008, production value of China beef processing Industry reached 170 billion Yuan, and legal profit reached 13.5 billion Yuan. Production value of beef cattle rearing industry reached 150 billion Yuan. Most production value and profit are taken by Room Temperature Beef and traditional processed beef products, which are also the least developed products in China.
