如用李克特量表对A、B两个变量设置问卷，变量A有3个问项，变量B有2个问项。那么最终变量A的数值是3个问项的得分相加还是3个问项的得分相加除以3（平均值）？如果A是3个问项的得分相加，那么A的分数要比B高了

You can use any method you want. That is,
a) summative score that is sum of 3Q from variable A , 2Q from variable B or,
b) the average from variable A or variable B.
The most usual because is nore explanable is second method.
