PSA is Public Securities Association.  This is a prepayment benchmnark published by PSA in the form of series of conditional prepayment rates to predict the prepayments.  150 PSA means 1.5 times the CPR (Conditional Prepayment Rate) of the PSA prepayment benchmark.
