Job title: Recruiting/HR Assistant

Major Responsibilities:
- Job posting both internally and externally
- Tracking of requisition status
- Recruiting data tracking and reporting
- P.O. processing and tracking
- Resume screening and phone screening
- Interview scheduling and coordination

Required Skills and Education:
- Student with major in Business, Management, Economics or other related field
s, English is a plus. Junior student preferred
- Fluent in both oral an written English
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft office tools
- Good interpersonal skill
- Detail oriented and hard work
- Available for 3 days per week
