According to my last blog,we know the sgdesigner is a powerful software to accomplish our drawing job.
But honestly speaking,even if the sgdesigner is very convenient and provided view interface,it was only a start to perfect your drawing skill.Because the sgdesigner is only a guide software which can just helping your geting start with the GTL(Graphics template language).And also the sgdesigner provide fewer templates than the GTL really do.
So the most essential part of the Ods Graphics is the GTL,which was really worth spending a lot of time and effort.
Some nice people ask me to write a course,it is too hard for me. But I thick I can write some advice.
If you ready to learn GTL,there is some advice as follows:
1.There is a blog in our BBS,which is really worth reading.

2.If you want to further you study with the GTL,there are two books need to be read.
<SAS_GRAPH 9.3--Graph Template Language Reference>
<SAS_GRAPH 9.3--Graph Template Language User's Guide>
Unfortunatelly,I only get the pdf file of v9.2 version.



3.Using the GTL in a proper way.
For example,you can accomplich a drawing job follow 3 steps.
(1)use the sgdesigner to quickly draw the picture.
(2)modify the GTL code to suit for you complicated project.
(3)sumbit it in SAS/Base.
