We are happy to announce a change in our International Discount program.  You are now able to register for all of your exams at the discounted price through online registration.  The application process to obtain a discount number has been discontinued.  For those of you who would like to continue to fax the exam registration form, you may use the regular application posted at www.soa.org.  Special applications will no longer be produced or emailed to you.

请问这是说折扣号不可用了吗？还是只是不能申请了，原来有的还可以继续用？谢谢~
