Despite some recent difficulties, MNC healthcare companies have
responded with stepped up expansion programs. We are now seeing a shift
of focus towards profitable growth, lower tier expansion (requiring different
GTM approaches), with demand for a new commercial model and shift
towards innovation for China continuing to require a winning people
strategy.
The problem, however, is not just finding more people. Also needed are an
ever wider range of capabilities.
To tackle their HR challenge, MNCs in China need to address a broad range
