Job description:
-Travel arrangements / coordination
-Support for department organization
--Meeting arrangement
--Department event
-Support of department head
-Excel and power point document preparation for projects
-Participate in department events

Requirements:
-Good English skills both speaking and writing
-Proficient at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Can work for 3~4 days/week

2. Department : LOG 2 (Logistics)
Logistics assistant

Job description:
-support of China-wide projects
-project work (concepts & implementation)
-prepare presentation and analysis case-by-case
-attending meeting with other divisitions
Market surveys
Internal projects
-taking over responsibility under supervision of manager
-develop new ideas for progress, tools, etc.
-contribute to new and running projects

Requirements:
-master degree (MBA prefered)
-Good English skills both speaking and writing
-Proficient at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Major: Economics, Logistics, International trading or other related major
-Working days/week: 4~5 days/week
-Duration: 6 months


3. Department: CTG(Finance department)
Job Description:
- Support department with conference arrangement
- Book Hotels and flight tickets for department head.
- help with financial work

Requirements:
-Good English skills both reading and writing
-Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Economics or other related majors
-Proficient at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Can work for 4 days/week
-Duration: 3 months
