Hedge funds invest in Apple

The consumer electronics maker's stock was domestic hedge funds' top holding during Q2, according to a report by Citi. More than 20% of the 50 hedge funds looked at had Apple (AAPL) among their top-10 stocks and IT holdings were increased overall. Apple beat out Priceline (PCLN) and Qualcomm (QCOM) for the top spot. Twenty-First Century Fox (FOXA) was the biggest gainer, now on 8 hedge funds' top 10 lists. Apple shares fell 2.9% to 488.59.
