海关总署：8月进出口总值同比增长7.1%

海关总署公布数据：8月份中国外贸进出口总值为3527亿美元，扣除汇率因素同比增长7.1%。其中出口为1906.1亿美元，同比增长7.2%％；进口为1620.9亿美元，同比增长7%。

GeneralAdministration of Customs: August import and export value grew by 7.1%

General Administration of Customs releaseddata: In August China's imports and exports amounted to US$352.7 billion, a netincrease of 7.1%. Of the total, exports were 190.61 billion U.S. dollars, anincrease of 7.2%, while imports were 162.09 billion U.S. dollars, an increaseof 7%.

统计局：8月工业增加值同比增长10.4%

9月10号统计局公布数据：规模以上工业增加值同比实际增长10.4%，比7月份加快0.7%。1-8月，规模以上工业增加值同比增长9.5%。

Bureau ofStatistics: August industrial output grew by 10.4%

September 10th Bureau of Statisticsreleased data: Above-scale industrial added value increased with real growth of10.4%, compared with July the rate has accelerated 0.7%. In YTD Augustabove-scale industrial added value grew 9.5%.

统计局：1-8月全国固定资产投资同比增长20.3%

9月10号统计局公布数据：1-8月份，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）262578亿元，同比名义增长20.3%，增速比1-7月份加快0.2%。

Bureau ofStatistics : YTD August national fixed asset investment grew 20.3%

September 10th Bureau of Statisticsreleased data: In YTD August the national investment in fixed assets (excludingfarming) was 26.2578 trillion yuan, up by 20.3% in nominal growth. The growthrate accelerated 0.2% compared with YTD July.

统计局：8月社会消费品零售总额同比增长13.4%

9月10号统计局公布数据：8月，社会消费品零售总额18886亿元，同比名义增长13.4%。1-8月份，社会消费品零售总额148164亿元，同比增长12.8%。

Bureauof Statistics: August retail sales of social consumer goods grew by 13.4%

September 10th Bureau of Statisticsreleased data: In August total retail sales of social consumer goods was 1.8886trillion yuan, up by 13.4% in nominal growth. In YTD August total retail salesof social consumer goods was 14.8164 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.8%.

央行：8月新增人民币贷款7113亿元 M2同比增长14.7%

央行9月10号发布金融数据：8月末，广义货币(M2)余额106.12万亿元，同比增长14.7%，分别比上月末和上年同期高0.2个和1.2个百分点；狭义货币(M1)余额31.41万亿元，同比增长9.9%，分别比上月末和上年同期高0.2个和5.4个百分点；流通中货币(M0)余额5.49万亿元，同比增长9.3%。当月净投放现金513亿元。

CentralBank: August new RMB loans were 711.3 billion yuan, M2 grew by 14.7%

On September 10th the central bank postedfinancial data: By the end of August, broad money (M2) balance was 106.12trillion yuan, up 14.7%. Compared with the same period of last month and lastyear, the increase was 0.2 and 1.2 percentage points respectively. The narrowmoney (M1) balance was 31.41 trillion yuan, an increase of 9.9%. Compared withthe same period of last month and last year the increase was 0.2 and 5.4percentage points respectively. Currency in circulation (M0) balance was 5.49trillion yuan, an increase of 9.3%. Net cash invested was 51.3 billion yuan forthe month.

央行：8月社会融资规模1.57万亿

9月10日，央行发布数据：2013年1-8月社会融资规模为12.54万亿元，比上年同期多2.46万亿元。8月份社会融资规模为1.57万亿元，分别比上月和上年同期多7504亿元和3212亿元。

CentralBank: August social financing was 1.57 trillion yuan

September 10th central bank released data:In YTD August the scale of social financing was 12.54 trillion yuan, 2.46trillion yuan more than the same period last year. In August social financingwas 1.57 trillion yuan, 750.4 billion yuan more than last month and 321.2billion yuan more than the same period of last year.

财政部：8月财政收入同比增9.2%

财政部9月11号公布数据：8月份，全国财政收入8588亿元，比去年同月增加725亿元，增长9.2%。其中，中央财政收入4222亿元，同比增长12.1%；地方财政收入4366亿元，同比增长6.5%。

Ministry ofFinance: August fiscal revenue up by 9.2%

Ministry of Finance data released September11th: In August the national fiscal revenue was 858.8 billion yuan, an increaseover the same month of last year of 72.5 billion yuan, up 9.2%. Included in thefigure, central fiscal revenue was 422.2 billion yuan, an increase of 12.1%,local revenue was 436.6 billion yuan, an increase of 6.5%.

国家能源局：8月社会用电量5103亿千瓦时，同比增长13.7%。

8月份，全社会用电量5103亿千瓦时，同比增长13.7%。其中，工业用电3509亿千瓦时，同比增长12%。1-8月，全国全社会用电量累计35003亿千瓦时，同比增长6.8%。

The NationalEnergy Board: August national power consumption was 510.3 billion kwh, anincrease of 13.7%.

In August the total electricity consumptionwas 510.3 billion kwh, an increase of 13.7%. Included in the figure, industrialelectricity consumption was 350.9 billion kwh, an increase of 12%. In YTDAugust the national total electricity consumption total was 3.5003 trillionkwh, an increase of 6.8%.

李克强：以改革创新驱动中国经济长期持续健康发展

9月11号，李克强在达沃斯论坛上做了对当前经济态势的总结以及对未来经济发展方向的规划。整理如下：1、中国正处在转型升级的关键阶段，当前经济发展状况基本良好，经济运行总体平稳。2、在财政政策方面，坚持不扩大赤字，调整支出结构，压缩行政开支，加大对中西部地区、结构调整、保障民生的支持，对小微企业实行税收优惠3、在货币政策方面，既不放松也不收紧银根，管理好流动性，重点通过盘活存量、用好增量，支持实体经济发展。4、加强对地方政府性债务性问题的监管和规范发展，积极防范和化解财政金融领域的潜在风险。5、减少行政审批事项，通过简政放权来激发市场活力，同时营造公平竞争的环境。6、增加节能环保、棚户区改造、城市基础设施、中西部铁路等方面的投资。

Li Keqiang:Reform and innovation to drive long-term sustainable and healthy development ofChina's economy

September 11th, Li Keqiang at the Davosforum presented a summary of the current economic situation as well as on thefuture direction of economic development planning. Summarized as follows:Firstly, China is in a critical stage of transformation and upgrading, thecurrent economic development situation is essentially well placed with stableeconomic operation. Secondly, in regards to fiscal policy the deficit must notbe expanded, the structure of expenditures must be adjusted, administrativeexpenses reduced, further support for the central and western regions throughstructural adjustment, guarantee people's livelihood, support for small andmicro enterprises must be increased with the implementation of tax incentives.Thirdly, with regards to monetary policy is should not be relaxed nortightened. Liquidity should be managed following the principle” good use of incrementsand revitalize stock assets”  to supportthe real economy. Fourthly, strengthen the local government debt issuessupervision and regulation to actively preventing and mitigating the potentialrisk in fiscal and financial areas. Fifthly, administrative examination andapproval issues should be reduced through decentralization in order tostimulate vitality of the market and to create a fair competitive environment.Sixthly, improvements must be made in energy savings, shantytown redevelopment,urban infrastructure, investment, central and western railway lines and otherareas.
