August 27, 2013 afternoon, Elephant Alliance Chairman Jin Chenglong and entourage were invited to attend the welcome reception party for the visit of the Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic held at the Serbian Embassy.
    During the reception， President Nikolic and Chairman Jin exchanged views again on matters of the cooperation between the two sides and both sides hoped to realize this cooperation soon.
    President Nikolic spoke at the reception “that as the first national leader in Middle and Eastern European to visit to China after the new Chinese Government took office which shows how strong the relationship is between the two countries. On the Serbia side, we have always attached great importance to the development of the relationship with China and hopes the two sides can further strengthen the cooperation in economic and trade, cultural and other fields to promote Serbia -  China relationship to a new level.”
    During the reception, Chairman Jin and President Nikolic exchanged views again on matters related to cooperation between the two sides. President Nikolic praised the Elephant Alliance proposed cooperation and development plans especially for Serbia and hoped the two sides can cooperate as soon as possible.
    Chairman Jin also expressed hope that the two sides can commence the specific work as soon as possible and gave President Nikolic the drafted "The Framework Cooperation Agreement between the  Government of the Republic of Serbia and Beijing Elephant Alliance International Economy and Trade Center" which was created after several discussions with the Serbian Minister Zoran Djordjevic. President instructed his Adviser Mr. Predrag Mikic to accept the draft agreement and said that after they discuss this when they return home, they will expeditiously implement the signing of the two sides.
    During the reception, Elephant Alliance Chairman and his team also conducted in-depth exchanges with the Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ivan Mrkic and Presidential Adviser, Mr. Predrag Mikic on matters of the draft cooperation agreement. Minister Mr. Mrkic and Presidential Adviser Mr. Mikic both agreed that, after the meeting in the morning, the President and the Ministers exchanged views right away and the Elephant Alliance's plan was particularly impressive that its model and perspectives are unique and suitable for the development of Serbia. They hoped that the two sides can move into substantive cooperation as soon as possible.
