No, nothing is wrong. Usually, it takes few business days to process your submission. Usually, you will receive an email confirm that the journal received your submission. Then, the editor (or...) will tell you that your paper is distributed to reviewers (usually more than 1), and tell you how long it may take. If you really worry about it, you can call them in their business hours.

请问楼主后来怎么样？我是去年底投了一篇，也是收到期刊发的submission confirmation邮件后，就在等，但到现在快6个月了，状态一直都没变过，说是等待编辑分配，也就是还没送审，催了三次，都没人搭理，好纠结啊。诚恳求教lz后面的过程。
