The Center for Environmental Management and Policy Analysis (EMPA) focuses on environmental governance and policy analysis in China. Our research examines the social, political, and legal contexts shaping pollution control strategies and policy instruments for regulating pollution in China. Mostly we concern two research fields namely, water resource management and pollutant control, and energy-environmental system. Several new projects focusing on environmental governance and policy analysis are underway, including four projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. 1、岗位职责

招聘：资源环境经济学或环境政策分析科研人员，1-2名。主要开展资源环境政策分析、气候政策、环境经济学等领域的研究。

2、岗位设置

博士后或专职科研岗（助理研究员相当于讲师、副研究员相当于副教授）。专职科研系列岗位待遇参考南京大学相关的文件。博士后待遇与助理研究员（中级职称）待遇相当。具体待遇面谈。

3、基本条件

（1）35周岁以下；

（2）具备经济学、环境经济学、环境管理、管理科学、公共政策分析等专业的博士学历；

（3）具备较高的英语水平，能撰写英文论文，独立参加国际会议，具有较好的交流能力；

（4）文字表达能力强、善于组织协调、有独立的科研工作能力。

（5）具有计量经济学、投入-产出模型、CGE模型等相关模型开发与应用的相关基础者优先考虑。
