Performance Objectives People n Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams. n Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels. Clients n Partner with consultants to provide support on client projects involving the design, actuarial valuation,accounting, implementation and management of a full array of benefit programs. e.g. M & A actuarial consulting and due diligence, Enterprise Annuity, retention plan, flexible benefits plan, group medical, etc. n Participate in projects that help our clients assess and manage their benefit program risks. n Perform actuarial valuations in accordance with relevant accounting standards, including data analysis,support assumption setting, modelling and producing the client report. n Assist with benefit scheme administration, ensuring service levels are met.
Financial n Meet revenue and billable hour goals n Efficient time management n Assist with sales and marketing efforts by supporting consultants to draft proposals n Maintain complete, accurate work papers and documentation, as well as audit trail
