I have checked the book 《爱上统计学》, it is a good introductory book, like a "小品", but it cannot give you a relatively whole picture about statistics. In fact, the one I recommend is a very good book. However, I have its hard copy but no e-copy. You can check is there a chinese version available if english makes you uncomfortable to read.
If you got this book, you can let me know and I see if I can find out the solution guide (I don't have it now, but gave to my students last year). Statistics is a important subject and basic to your further advanced learning, better get it serious.
