你用的是哪个破解？ 

1. run setup

2. check the documentation language you have leeched (deactivate all other languages)

3. install

4. at the end of the installation you must choose the last option (i have a lic code)

5. link it to the LSERVRC file from PARADOX dir

6. copy PlatformSPSSLic7.dll to "....SPSS Clementine\10.1\bin" dir

7. enjoy another fine PARADOX-release!

我估计是你没有运行这一步。。要导入授权信息 然后再覆盖PlatformSPSSLic7.dll 到安装目录下
