07年开始eurusd在1.3左右徘徊，到了89月sub prime夸大化美元slump，eurusd冲破1.45，record high 1.49以上。

you cannot just say 2007 what the exchange rate is

there is daily exchange rate

or by moving average, monthly rate, etc

so basically what do you want

there are lots of website providing such data

why donot search from google
