LSE学校应该算不错的了吧，如果回国的话，竞争力比国内985硕士更强吗？

GPA 3.7 is already good enough. From my point of view, there is no much difference between 3.7 and higher than 3.7. Too much will be "over".  There are some other issues can help you win in your application. Check with your professor!

Academic award is only ONE of your edges when you compete in the job market. But, according to my experience, if you do the program "right", you should be equipped with some intangible attributes which will help you stand out from the list.

By the way, there are at least 10 b-schools in the UK are good for your consideration. Search from internet, and you will see there are much more options you can consider.

看你的职业导向了，如果去业界，那就硕士读金融或者管理，需要花一些钱，如果想做学术，而且有奖学金，那就申请经济，现在经济也不好申请，但招的人数还算多，你本科就是学经济的，应该对经济学有所了解，对数学要求高一些，研究生阶段需要打好三高的基础，还有就是应用统计软件的使用，看我给你的短消息
