Position Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager is involved with managing tender and bidassignments for global R&D units through leading an international projectteam. The key to success in this position is to ensure the projects’ executionon time and effective communication within the project teams.
Responsibilities:

- Support R&D daily requests toward supplier product, service andagreement;
- Supplier management, supplier relationship management;
- Write tender assignment specifications
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Assemble and coordinate international project teams.
- Chair international project meetings effectively
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Lead multiple tender projects simultaneously
- Agreement and contract negotiation
- Cost control;

Qualifications:
- Master degree of top level University, engineering and related majors is aplus.
- Excellent English language skills, especially in speaking & writing;
- Ability to work in an international and cross culture
- Quick learning skills;
- Be willing to learn new skills, be a self-started and team player
- Strong communication skills;
- Good management skills and logical thinking,
- Project management experience is a plus.
