中文期刊分三类：第一类为奖励期刊；第二类为重要期刊；第三类为核心期刊。

一、奖励期刊

（一）按一级学科认定的奖励期刊

每个一级学科认定2 种中文奖励期刊，原则上为各学科排位前列的期刊，奖励期刊为：

经济研究、世界经济、中国工业经济、金融研究、管理世界、南开管理评论、管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践

（二）学校认定的奖励期刊

武汉大学社会科学研究院所颁布的社科奖励中文期刊（武汉大学1998〈33〉号文件），期刊见附录1。

二、重要期刊

（一）按二级学科认定的重要期刊

原则上每个二级学科认定1 种重要期刊，为本学科在CSSCI 期刊目录中排位最前的期刊（实际上并非如此，主要导师的个人情结和关系在里面，就像南大把中国行政管理定义为权威一样，挺雷人的）；管理学科的期刊综合性较强，其认定还依据国家自科基金委管理科学认定的重要学术期刊。

经济类：

经济学(季刊)、数量经济技术经济研究、财贸经济、世界经济研究、国际贸易问题、经济学动态、财政研究、中国经济史研究、保险研究、中国人口·资源与环境、中国农村经济、经济科学、国际金融研究、经济理论与经济管理、中国人口科学、中国土地科学、宏观经济研究

管理类：

会计研究、审计研究、经济管理、管理工程学报、中国管理科学、科研管理、科学学研究、研究与发展管理、管理科学、管理学报、管理评论、预测、营销科学学报、旅游学刊

附：CSSCI2012-2013经济类和管理类排名靠前期刊：

三、核心期刊

（一）CSSCI 收录期刊

CSSCI 收录期刊根据最新目录适时调整，包括论文见刊时上一年度或发表论文当年CSSCI 来源期刊和学术集刊。

（二）被人大报刊复印资料中心期刊全文转载的论文

（三）《珞珈管理评论》视为核心期刊

英文期刊

英文期刊总体分A、A-、B+、B、B-、C 六类，其中，B 以上(含)

等同中文奖励期刊；B-类等同中文重要期刊；C 类等同中文核心期刊。

1. A 和A-类期刊为该学科方向公认的第一梯队期刊，Univ. Texasat Dallas 的24 本顶级期刊均为A 及A-类；

2. B+及B 类期刊为该学科方向在国际上公认的重要期刊，Financial Times 的45 本经管类期刊基本包含在B 及以上；

3．B- 类期刊认定不具体细分到各专业，范围包括（B 类及以上杂志除外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business 和Management学科5 年影响因子≥0.6 的SSCI 期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

4．C 类期刊认定不细分至专业，范围包括（B-类及以上杂志除外）：JCR 数据库中Economics、Finance、Business 和Management 学科5 年影响因子≥0.2 的SSCI 期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

5. 为鼓励教师的交叉研究，相关学科SSCI 期刊认定标准为：

JCR 数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business 和Management以外的学科5 年影响因子≥2 的SSCI 期刊，视为B 类及以上的奖励期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

JCR 数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business 和Management以外的学科5 年影响因子≥1 但<2 的SSCI 期刊，视为B-类的重要期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

JCR 数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business 和Management以外的学科5 年影响因子≥0.6 但<1 的SSCI 期刊，视为C 类期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

2．在上述中文报纸上发表的论文必须在2000 字以上。

3．被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》转载的论文，被转载字数必须在3000 字以上。

4．论文如属合著，本人应为第一作者；或自己指导的学生为第一作者、本人为第二作者，或是联系通讯作者；如第一作者和通讯作者均为本校教师，则一项成果只能认定一次（通讯作者优先，除非两人书面同意其他认定安排）。如果期刊的作者排序是按照字母顺序，而不是按照贡献大小时，在职称评定时，按照2/（n+1）的公式计算，在奖励时，按照2/（n+1）乘以奖励金额计算（仅限英文期刊）。

5．对于SCI 期刊的认定

JCR 数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5年影响因子≥2 的SCI 期刊，以及除Operations Research &ManagementScience 以外的学科5 年影响因子≥2.4 的SCI 期刊，视为B 类及以上的奖励期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

JCR 数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5年影响因子≥1 但<2 的SCI 期刊，以及除Operations Research &Management Science 以外的学科5 年影响因子≥1.4 但<2.4 的SCI 期刊，视为B-类的重要期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。

JCR 数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5年影响因子≥0.6 但<1 的SCI 期刊，以及除Operations Research &

Management Science 以外的学科5 年影响因子≥1 但<1.4 的SCI 期刊，视为C 类的核心期刊（不足5 年者，按照最近1 年的影响因子计算）。对于期刊仅被SCI 检索，但所发表的论文被SCI/SSCI 双收录，该文按照SSCI 的标准进行认定。

6. 上述所列未及期刊，可由申请者提交学院学位评定委员会申

请认定。

7. 本方案自2014 年1 月1 日起生效。
