不知道有没有专门这方面的专题教材。但个人觉得A.Rubinstein和Osborne合写的《博弈论教程》里面对于重复博弈讨论得已经很详细了。
当然这本来就是博弈论的经典教材。
Mailath and Samuelson have written a book "repeated games and reputation", you can download from this board. It's the best and the most comprehensive book for repeated games theory.
