I am wondering if anyone can point me to a resource on centering in multilevel SEM.  After reading Enders and Tofighi (2007), I tend to group mean center level 1 predictors in HLM so as to avoid conflating within and between level associations. I am wondering if the same issue occurs when one grand mean centers level 1 predictors in MSEM?  Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
