楼主可以考虑如下步骤：
1. Find a related job, eg. arts or information media.
2. Read some Finance or Accounting books in your personal time.
3. After one or half year, if you are still interested in Finance related job, you reconsider whether you would like to accept such a big change.
4. Take the related exams, CFA or ACCA/CPA if you decide to do so.
5. Run to your goal and never look back and accept any frustration.
6. Be prepared to comfort yourself if  you see you are later than your friends.
7. Stick to your dreams and accept if such a change doesn't work.
8. Be thankful if you succeed since you have beat your weakness.
