毕业前清仓行动第三弹：由 David Spiceland 等人编著的第 7 版《中级财务会计》英文文字版 PDF。根据 McGraw-Hill 的资料，目前这个版本是最新版。（我知道自己在【教材】上貌似第一次发重复资源了……不过既然论坛是以定价方式来共享的，那就应该容许 bidding；而且我手头的 TB 和 SM 貌似还比较全，所以发一个整合帖。如果管理员认为不合适的话我就把教材 PDF 删掉。）

The FASB and IASB have been working together to issue converged accounting standards that will dramatically change key reporting areas, and more generally have sought to converge accounting standards over time. In late 2011, the SEC will announce its decision on whether large public companies in the U.S. will be able to choose whether to report under U.S. GAAP or IFRS or if all companies are anticipated to be reporting under IFRS in the near future. So, while there currently is considerable overlap between U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and that overlap is increasing as convergence continues, important differences remain.

非常抱歉，这些资源本来我也很想免费，不过我要准备考研了。人大论坛的一个好处就是上面的人渠道都挺多的，一些老是找不到的紧缺资源可以在这里找到；而一个不好的地方在于好资源总是通货膨胀得厉害。读研时我不知道自己还需要什么资源，所以只能现在先储蓄一下。顾及到其他很多像我当初一样新来到论坛就被夸张的定价吓哭的同学，我将我发的所有资源全部打四折，新人们去坛主的积币帖转一转应该就会发现还是蛮好赚的~ 有能力的朋友如果觉得我整理的资料都不错，就请酌情在帖后赞助一点吧~ :)
