Commercial real estate loans are the second largest loan type after home mortgages. The initiation for the CRE foreclosure wave was caused in part by the same kind of exuberance in the marketplace that led to the residential housing market collapse. This book sends out a warning to the CRE industry but also offers concrete solutions and ways to mitigate the risks and hazards that lie ahead of us.
