Actually, it is not true.
For majority of the employees, the compensation won't keep increasing after your fifty.
You may become a senior manager later,
if so, you have a better chance to fulfill your mission.

A lot of things in your life couldn't be measured by money.
Trust, care, life, especially love.
To make the best for your loved one is your most decent task,
to be a man,
taking real risk,
fulfill your mission,
will make your son/daughter proud of you.
Life is only an experience,
like enjoying a movie,
or reading a book,
the only difference is you are the hero, and
you are the writer.
Try your best to make yourself looks better,
otherwise
you will regret.
