收到CFA网站发的邮件，说明如何下载电子书，操作完步骤5后：
                       5. To access your eBook, go to Bookshelf Online: https://online.vitalsource.com/signin. Use the email and password you set up to login.

6. Review the VitalSource Technologies, Inc. End User License Agreement.

输入了用户名和密码，网页不能完全显示，用IE 和火狐浏览器都不行
